Individuals or groups requesting use of the community facilities will be required to make arrangements in advance of their meeting date.
Meeting room facilities may be used by non-profit organizations, public meetings, and individuals for promotion of the community’s good. Political groups, public auctions, and
profit making organizations shall be discouraged from using the facilities.
Length and time of use may be limited for convenience of Corporation personnel.
A deposit of $50.00 by check will be required.
The deposit shall be returned upon inspection of premises verifying no damage has occurred and proper clean-up has been done, otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
There will be no fee for use of the facility to REMC members, non-profit organizations, public meetings, etc.
There will be $50.00 fee charged to non-members for use such as receptions, parties, etc.
